Since our foundation back in 2019 we have been acting as agents and principals involved in the origination, storage, sales and distribution of different varieties of rice. We source directly from several origins, including Italy, Spain, Pakistan, Vietnam and Thailand. Our company is fully owned by Tesora Investment Fund Scsp, a Luxembourg based private investment fund.

Our core merchant activity is supplemented by white-label product procurement for our panel of customers and trade advisory services in relation to agricultural development ventures. In 2025 we have acquired a minority equity stake in Gruppo Manara S.p.A., a leading processor as well as marketer of cereal and oil seeds headquartered in northern Italy.
